Capture the decision context
Identify the information available at each step and which constraints mattered. Record uncertainty and alternative choices where appropriate. Do not invent detailed rationales after the fact and present them as the original decision process.
Validate the labels
Define who is qualified to judge an answer and how disagreements are handled. Keep adjudication notes and distinguish objective checks from professional judgments. A single expert opinion is not automatically ground truth.
Respect contributors and clients
Review ownership, consent, confidentiality and intended uses before sharing. Expert work can include customer information or licensed references. A small authorized pilot can help establish whether the material supports a reproducible task before larger collection begins.
